does it replace the device or the computer? can you set it to replace computer data since most of the update i do on the device...

AFAIK, the only options you have are to merge or replace device data....seems merge would be your best bet.

If there is a conflict, you are presented with the two conflicting records and have the option to select one over the other. If there is data in both that is "more accurate" then you will have to select the most accurate record and edit it later.
