My blackberry (bold 9700) went ''dead' a few days ago when all i got was a white screen with an error number. I can't remember what the number was but on looking it up on the internet, it was recommended that i reload it using Blackberry desktop Manager.
Well it worked afterwards and its now up and running again, but the e mail icon is missing (the icon that looks like an envelope with an globe in front of it).
The Desktop Manager seem to indicate that the 'e mail set up application' is on there - its ticked and greyed out under Application loader/add/remove applications.
The blacberry itself has my e mail account details in it but i cannot configure and therefore cannot send e mails.
Can anyone enlighten me as to how i can get this reinstalled?
