Default "Secure Connection" notification?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all:

Lately I've been getting this notification on my BlackBerry that I have no idea what it's about. It'll pop up very randomly, and always come back no matter what I option I select. I have Google as my home page on my browser, and sometimes it mentions something about Google. See the pic for a screenshot. Anyone have any idea what it is, and how I stop it from happening?

Next time it comes up I'll try and see if I can get a screenshot of what happens when I choose "View Certificate", if that would be more helpful.

Thanks.

Wirelessly posted

I have had the same thing in the last couple of weeks. Maybe 3 times but I can't remember what I was doing at the time. I think it was after removing from the holster. I thought it was Viigo or Beejive.

I just got home and was finally able to do a search. Can't seem to come up with a definitive answer. I don't have any Google certificiates listed on my device. I am running Google Voice and Google Maps. Anyone having the same problem still?

Apparently the Intermediate certificate for www.google.com does not exist on the BlackBerry (at least not on 4.6.0.304). What I did was use the "Synchronize Certificate" feature in DM to install the certificate for "Thawte SGC CA".

x14,
Ok so does the BB block the access or can you just ignore it same as on a pc?
I cannot find anything to explain what happens except on some servers and BES servers. they will block but no indication on a general web site.
