"Master" profile settings?

Hi, have searched but nothing has been discussed on this topic. What I hope to do on the phone is to be able to set notification tones on a global basis for all profiles, without having to customise each profile repetitively. For example, setting a specific alert tone or ring volume for Calendar reminders in all profiles simultaneously. With 6 stock profiles and about 20 items to customise, it can be quite a chore.
I've explored the phone enough to know it cannot be done. Is there an app that does this?
Separately, does RIM listen to user suggestions on what they'd like on the devices? If so, what's the best way to reach out to them?
