Anyone having issues with the profile pictures? They are all blank.

Have tried to re install BBM then restored back up, deleted the contacts then added back. All the pictures are still blank.

This only affected my Bold 9000 since yesterday. OS 5.0.0.464. BBM 5.0.0.57.

Any suggestions?

Hey Ken,

I have noticed that in some instances the BBM takes awhile to "download" the images. So give it a few minutes and see. Other than that, I've not heard anyone having this issue.

I think its an issue with your backup and restoring only brings back the issue. An easy way of testing is to (1) remove BlackBerry Messenger, (2) if you did a remote backup, remove that e-mail account from the BlackBerry, (3) reinstall the BlackBerry Messenger and then add a contact manually and see if the picture comes up. If it does, then you can restore from the local backup, write down all your contact pins and then do steps 1-3 and you should be fine.
