i am a year old user of one 9500 Storm. I really love BB. But i am afraid about is not possible to use gps functions without any dataplan, because there is not maps for fit in a fantastic 8GB memory card inside. In spain dataplans are worst than in usa and also more expensive.

Somebody can tell me if is possible to load inside memory card maps? i had a nokia before and a had a TomTom One Europe very helpful for my travels. There is something like this?

And the last, is possible to update Storm to Storm2 or there is hardware differences and it is not possible?.

Scroll up to the top threads in this GPS section and read the one " All Known GPS applications". There were two which allowed what you wanted. One of them is dead now. I forget which.
