The phone receives mms and sms but the mobile web is not working, ive looked for provision data services under manage connections but its not there, any help is greatly appreciated

Does cricket offer BB data? They don't sell BB's according to their website.

it had worked previously and i updated via bb desktop manager and loaded some themes on it and now the internet isn't working, i have a curve with sprint and in the options it has provision data services and i do that after a update and my internet works fine

Cricket is a poor solution for BlackBerrys. All the discount carriers have traditionally been horrible for BB service. MetroPCS is supposed to be adding some support for pre-paid BB service, bringing the total for carriers who do pre-paid BlackBerry to about 3.

My sincere advice is to to for a Tier 1 carrier if you want to use a BlackBerry, or stay with Cricket and use a supported phone.
