Hi there,


During the last couple of weeks I tested all the beta firmwares after 4.6 and today finally updated to 5.0.509.

With all beta firmwares and with 5.0.509 my standard ringtones - all of them - are hushed: on ringlevel 8 they become noticable and ringlevel 10 is below standard voice level and unhearable within a holster and jacket.

I am missing quite some many calls during the last weeks.

Is there anything I can reset or fix?

Try a battery pull or reinstall the os.

yep same for me - tried the batt pull and res installed twice 509

Do a search on these forums. There is a thread about low speaker volume and there is a fix. I think you have to put a business card on the back of the bold, but again I don't know what the fix is for sure.
