Is it possible to use Blackberry Messenger using you PIN# and talk to other blackberry users, without having any internet or data services???????

Some people told yes it is possible!!!

Not possible. You must have a BB data plan to use any RIM related services, such as BBM, email, BB Browser, App World, etc.

According to your profile, you are on at&t, who will eventually add a blackberry data plan to your account, if you are using a blackberry on their network.
