My Blackberry Curve 8330 have a problem. All the phone is working well, but no button on my phone is working. So none of the keyboard button are worikng, but I can still see if someone is calling me but I can't take the call because th eanswer button like others doesn't work.

I can use my bluetooth computer in my car just fine, it can call and receive comms, but only working using the computer.

I did the latest update on my phone, still the same. There is no moisture in it.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Can I fix that?

Yes I have done the reboot, and looked at the moisture indicator which was fine...

Dropped you Curve lately? May be some damage to the internal workings from an impact.

Has the device been exposed to ANY moisture at all? Even a little, tiny bit?

Steamy bathroom, sweaty pocket, wet hands, wet hair, heavy dew, other high humidity environment?

Unless it was wet at some point, it may just be defective.
