Default Wich way, to encrypt email and more with out BES?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,

iam new at the bb com and have some questions about the bb security.

iam a iphone 4 user at the moment, this phone is so crappy that i will change the label to BB. But i would like ask u something about before i will do this.

Question:
Is it possible to send an encrypt email without a BES? If its possible, wich way i have to take btw. wich options i have? And how save is it?

I hearded, that the only save way will be a BES... but iam a private user and not a business user with a own company server in the back.

Thats one of the things that i hate by the iphone... its not compatible with any encryption so that i have to send important message over my pc.

I hope u understand my questions because my english is...a little bit bad

I hope u are able to help me.

Their are programs (ie, ascendo data vault) that con encrypt emails from a Blackberry, however the receiving party would need to own the same program as well.
