Ok after looking at the video again I noticed a couple things.

When I'm on 3G, it will say : video.3gp in the top left corner.

When I'm on wifi the actual web address will scroll across the top.

Does this mean anything?

With 3G I can get to the web site but when trying to open a video I get the error message,
Its probably blocked with Orange or IT policy…..

**UPDATE**
I just updated to OS .214 and it seems to have partially solved my youtube problem.
The video quality still isn't quite as clear as while on wifi, but there is now no more skipping or sync problems like before.
