Hi All,
We just got a shipment of about 10 Blackberry Torch devices. Of these 10 we have approximately 4 where we are unable to Hide Sent Items in Messaging options. All Torch users are on the same BES with the same IT Policy, same OS, same everything.

None of our other 1300 Blackberry devices seem to be having this problem.

Anyone seen this before?

Either double check your policy or its possible on BES 4.x this may be the root cause.
hard to say; I'm not that experienced to know.
