hi! i hope somebody can help me on how i can use the browser on my BB. bought this phone in the u.s but i have already unlocked it and i am using a local simcard here in the Philippines. i understand that a data plan is needed for the browser to work. but i am wondering, how come all my friends here are able to use the browser even without the data plan..y is that? is there something i need to do? please help. thank y0u.
i also want to add that i cant even access the web through wifi....
