I just converted from BB9700 Bold to BB9800 Torch and the earpiece voice voume appears to be considerably less than the maximum on the Bold. Has anyone else experience this same problem? Also, does anyone know what the Hearing Aid Mode/Telecoil means?

The volume issue has been discussed in other threads and as discussed, we are hoping it will fixed in a future OS upgrade.

If your hearing aid has a telecoil, then you would use this option to assist with compatibility.
