Question time to really UPGRADE!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all, I bought my firs BB @ 10 months ago and bought the pearl 8100 (it was dirt cheap and a nice BB for newcomers) I always said I wanted to upgrade in the "future".

Now I can't even stand the pearl lagging/slow its extremely annoying.. anyways I always LOVED the way the torch looked my question is is this the perfect BB to upgrade to ? or should I get another one? I'm leaning towards the torch though ^_^

I'm sure that if you wait a couple of years, you'll get something much more exciting, but then I'm sure another few will be even more exciting a couple of years further down the road...

If you have the use for a "full-sized" device, with all the features, go for it... the Torch is a great device, after a few days of "acclimatization". If you wanna stick to the compact size, and don't type too much, move to the 9100. Same size as your 8100, but 3G, Wi-fi, you name it. I have mine running OS6, and I'm very happy with it.

Like Mandel says, if you are patient and willing to go thru a bit of a learning curve, the Torch is the way to go. I wouldn't trade it for any of the other devices!
