Whenever i try and play a video on youtube i keep getting a error messge saying "content not available. server is blocked or unresponsive"

Any ideas whats wrong ?

My Storm is doing the same thing now. It used to play videos just fine then about a month ago it would start giving me an error but play the video on a second attempt. now it won't play the video at all and I get the same error message.

Is there a software update that we need to download or something?
