I dont know if this has been answered already, but I did a search on the site and couldnt find anything on it. I downloaded 3 MP4 files to the phone and I am not getting any picture just sounds. What do I need to do to fix this?

I'm 99% sure it is the file. I found one time that if I used the Desktop Manager media manager plugin to convert and copy the file to the blackberry instead of just downloading or copying the file to the blackberry, the file would play. But that's too much bother and takes too much time, of course, if you can just make time to watch the video on a computer........ See what others say. I don't know any quick fix.
