Despite the fact that I have my desktop manager settings to automatically back up every week, it does it each time I I connect to my computer.

Does anyone know how to correct ths very annoying problem?

Did you check the options in your DM after it backs up? I've never heard of this problem before. Are you using the latest DM?

Yeah I check the DM. It's checked off "weekly" but it doesn't matter, every time I connect, the thing starts right up and backs up and syncs everything. And I think I have the latest DM. Nowadays, it automatically checks for updates.

if you are willing to loose data of applications, don't back it up, but I prefer to play it safe.
