By reboot, do you mean that you tried a battery pull?

mine dont either. and it wasnt placed in water or dropped. i just stopped using it for like two weeks and thats what happened

Try plugging the charger in and leave it for a few hours, good chance it will boot up. Since you didn't drop the phone I doubt there is serious problems.
