I have a problem, I upgraded to the blackberry torch 9800 about a month ago, a week and a half ago i was busy downloading a video from the internet, then it just rebooted, and from then it wont turn on at all, not even the led light goes on, i tried removing the battery everything, still it doesnt work, is there maybe a way to reset my phone or maybe reload the software by using you imei or your pin, i am willing to try anything just to make my phone working again, cause i dont want to send it in for repairs and wait for a long time to get my phone back...

Please guys help me...

Probably a corrupt or incompatible file someplace.Will it connect to DM? If so, wipe with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ for instructions) and reload the OS (see the yellow sticky at the top of the 9800 section)

Also, removing the microSD card is something to try along the way while troubleshooting.
