so here we go. first i love my blackberry. started having a this problem a few months ago. my txt message icon will appear but i have no unread messages. the only way i can get it to go away is by taking the battery out. but then i just re-appears. happened sunday between the hours of 3 and 5. deleted my messages from that day and still there. went to verizon about a week ago and spent one hour in the store and they have no idea. icon came back went back in and they were no help. can anyone help, please
