Hello,
I have a strange question, when trying to dial a phone number on my new Tmobile blackberry 9870, the browser page launches. I am at my main screen and I press the 1 key and it launches the browser? Is this normal behavior? I can only dial a number if I go into the Phone icon and dial.

Its the 9780, not 9870.

Sounds like "dial from homescreen" is set to OFF.
