IM+ has Skype capability, but the free version only gives you 30 minutes of free use -- have to purchase IM+ Pro for ... $39.35 (ouch!) for continue skyping.

Well IM+ says that it has Skype capability and when I launch IM+ there is some kind of Skype presence beyond saying that Skype is functioning as my Skype contacts are listed and I can communicate with them with this apparent Skype presence...

It only has Skype chat and is acctually actually called IM+ Lite (v. IM+ Pro), and here is what it says about it in BBAppworld (with most notable answers toward bottom):
