I was plagued by a delay in the web page display. It would sometimes take multiple refreshes to get it to redisplay after sending a response to a post. After a few days I discovered the cause was the router. I tried multiple PC's and all gave the same problem. The weird thing was it only happened to the forums site. After rebooting the router as a last resort, the carrier auto reloaded the dhcp address given to the service and no more delay. If anyone else is having issues try a simple reboot of your home or business router. It may work wonders.
