Due to the recent hurricane we moved the AD GC and the exchange 2007 server to a more 'robust' location. The IP addresses of those machines changed. After power was restored in our location on the island the 2 BES 5 express servers came back up and seems that all was good. However in testing out a new email user the list of users was not being updated. Before the IP address change everything was OK. (The original BES 4 server could find the new account but not the BES 5 servers.) So I found KB19451 and started looking and found the 001e6602 for the dca740c8c042101ab4b908002b2fe182 key was in fact MISSING on ONE of the 3 profiles. But the BlackBerryServer_MailStoreProfile key is NOT listed as one of the profiles. There is also a blackberryserver_agent1 profile and a BES_CDO_8076_3 profile - these 2 keys have the DCA subkey and the 001e6602 entries. I can ping the server by name. So before stopping the service and adding the missing entry on the one profile is there some reason why the
BlackBerryServer_MailStoreProfile is NOT listed and does this inidicate other underlying problems. Again the users are working OK at the moment.
(And on the other BES 5 server the Profiles key under the windows messaging subsystem is EMPTY. Eventually I want to move users off of this particular server.) Thanks in advance
