hi, i'm from Costa Rica, i just update an 9700 to OS 6.0 then i restored all the info... this 9700 was roaming with an AT&T SIM... but now only appears SOS with the same AT&T SIM.... how can i solve it?

i did the update with this firmware "9700AllLang_PBr6.0.0_rel2391_PL6.6.0.200_A6.0.0.5 34_Bell_Mobility_Inc.exe" maybe there is a incompatibility with Bell Mobility software and AT&T SIM... i'm guessing, can someone verified it..

still nothing, i flashed again with AT&T firmware... but still no coverage... why is not working if the AT&T Sim has the roaming activate?

ok, i insert the AT&T Sim in another phone and works, so the problem has to be in the BB 9700... i'm going to hard reset the OS 6.0 without loading the backup...


yeah... it works.... the problem is in the backup... so i will have to restore only some files, leaving apart configuration stuff
