Hello everyone
I have just installed a couple of new apps en deleted some old ones I never use. When my device was rebooting, it took ages, and I got the error Reload Software: 552 After searching around, I came across a solution: To restore the software, using Application Loader in the Desktop Manager. I did everything correct, even got the Task in progress screen, but the software fails to connect to my BB. My BB's screen is also frozen on the error and I don't get any indication that the device is connected. Please help me, because I really don't know what to do, and I really really need that phone working as soon as possible.

With JL_Commander you sometimes have to try it multiple times to get it to wipe your handheld. Keep trying until it restarts with "error 502". That means no OS found. At that point you're good to begin the installation process with AppLoader.

That is the problem. I have been trying for over half an hour. Nothing seems to work. And when I do the steps for the 'JL_Commander can't connect', I get the message the software isn't the same. That error 552 just stays on my screen, no matter what I try.

Perhaps pull the battery while the BlackBerry is still connected via USB to your pc. You're using a direct connection to the pc, right? Not through a hub or through a peripheral like the keyboard?

Nope, nothing either. I am indeed connect directly to the USB of my computer.
Does this means my BB is dead as it could be? Or is there still any chance of saving the poor little thing?

ive got exactly the same problem ? couldnt use my phone for a week now , does anyone have a solution , ive did everything but my blackberry just doesnt connect to bb destkop manager
