Same old story: AT&T disabled BBMap and my BES does not allow Google Map.

How can I BBMap to work?

If you download and install a theme that is unrelated to ATT it will allow BB Maps. The map block is Theme controlled.

I have the AT&T Zen and it showed up after that.

BBMaps is working on my AT&T 9810.

Enable BBMap on AT&T
