They were not allowed into the meeting. The police asked them to leave. The didn't, instead protesting. They got peppered. Their fault? I say yes.

If only they could focus the spray more directly on those causing the problem. Seems a few innocents got hit including 4 year old.

sounds like the students think setting off fire alarms is funny. California has money issues because too many people think everything should be free. And why was a 4 year old there. Seems like the media is adding a bit to gain support.
