I received a new Blackberry from Verizon and realized that even though I used Backup Assistant, my photos weren't transferred. I have no sim card and my new blackberry is already activated.

This lead my to Blackberry Desktop where I could sync my media and transfer the photos. Unfortunately, it prompted me to upgrade my old blackberry before saving and syncing the photos. After upgrading, it now says that I have no photos! They are all gone and they were SO important.

I have to send my old blackberry back to Verizon tomorrow or I'll be charged $500! Can anyone help me asap?!
