I have tried apps locker and a few others and the one part where they seem to fail is locking out the notification bar. If you have your messages folder as a locked app but someone send you an email, you can just bypass the app lock by clicking on the new email icon on the notification bar. Same goes with BBM if you try to lock it and new message arrives, you can bypass apps locker by clicking on the notification bar.

Does anyone know of an app locking utility that will lock down the notification bar as well ? Perhaps this is not possible to do.
