My bbm disappear after i upgraded it to the latest version of i-don't-even-remember-the-version. I try to installed it again but in Bb apps world, it says that 'bbm installed'. How do i settle this problem? Please help me. And now my trackpad is frozen. It couldn't move anywhere. Please. i love my Blackberry.
