I have a Blackberry Curve 9320.

During back-up to my computer a large amount of my contacts have been deleted from the contacts file.

They are still on the device and I have to do a device search to find my contacts.

Is there any way I can get them transferred back from my device to my contacts folder.

There are hundreds of contact numbers and it would take over a week to do manually.

If my phone gets lost or damaged I will lose them causing many problems.
