Maybe you missed it but a lot of other users did not. Appworld shows an app for the language

for something you say is not working , seems like it has 4 stars and yes it's not a keyboard but at least it's a start. Doing an internet search I find none offering a keypad but most have the ability to allow conversion. As suggested before , contact blackberry development and make the suggestion. I'm sure if it's cost effective they will consider it.
