Hi,
I'm not able to display Management Console web page.
Logs report:
Error decoding keystore password!
Illegal key size

Searching internet I've found this KB:
"Page cannot be displayed" when attempting to launch the BlackBerry Administration Service after installing Windows Security Update KB3061518
but BES 12 in not listed in environment type.
Does anyone have had the same issue? How you solved it?

The KB you listed is not related to your problem.

Some background is needed:

Which BES Version (SP, MR levels)
Has this worked ever before or is this a fresh install
If it has worked before, what was changed

BES version 12.0.3
It works until few days ago
Few days ago I found directory
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_60\bin empty (here the post)

BES Version 12.0.3 does not exist. Try to upgrade to BES 12.3.1, this will also install the correct Java version and you should be good again.
