I have the same issue as the original poster, but on my 7250.
The BT icon has gone. I used to be able to get BT to scan for devices but now I cannot even get it to enable.

Form the desktop manager I don't have an option to reload the OS, how can I do this?

It's a TELUS 7250 running from a BES.

Hi all I just bought a blue tooth head set and when I try to rnable the blue tooth on my BB, by clicking enable blue tooth it doesn't change. Any ideas on what could be happening?

You first have to turn the headset into discoverable mode, then you proceed to pair it, and when prompted proceed with the password that was provided to you by your bluetooth manufacturer.
