My suggestion - for those that CAN wait - wait. The 8700 is going to come down in price. Remember when the 7105T was $350 when it first came out? Now they cost $50 after rebates...

Supply and Demand my friends...If you dont have to rush out and get an 8700 - dont. In 3 to 6 months T-MO will be selling them for $149.99 with a $100 rebate.

I just got my 8700 today. I can not begin to tell you how impressed I am. The speed, the screen everything. I do have one small beef. The size of the keypad will take some getting used to. But I can live with it. Well worth the 350.00.

I agree, it was well worth my money. I got it on launch day last Monday and I haven't been happier. I'm already used to the keyboard and can fly through typing e-mail's. VeriChat is a great program along with the Zen theme, the BIS 2.0, BBWeather, everything that I have added has made this amazing device even better.
