I set up a few ringtones for some of my contacts and they only work the first time then go back to the normal ringer. It seems they get like a red line through the check in the profile exceptions for use custom ringers and i cannot change it. Anyone have any answers?
Sorry about that its a 7100g with as far as i know the newest software. i just updated it. i think it is doing it for some reason when i call back to back.
I am also having the same issue on my 7100g. I have created, tested, deleted, re-created and re-tested the profile excpetion many times with out any luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this feature work?
