This is so weak...i am embarassed to post it...and yes i used search so hush it! =P

I am having problems setting up my girlfriends Gmail account on the BIS v1.8

I remember setting up mine w/o a hassle..am i remembering wrong? Is there a setting in the account i need to change?? or what??

It keeps trying to take me through the exchange server process etc

What am i goofing?

*know what while im here n00bing it up, im just gonna ask: what free email accounts are POP3 enabled and u can get on a BB? I cant get her hotmail working either...i dont use hotmail.*

Are you trying to get it to pull from the pop settings, or do you want instant delivery through filter/forward method?

i got it, brother! thanks tons! Had to go into gmail account and enable pop3. working great now!
