Outlook and Bluetooth

Is it possiable to sync with Outlook via Bluetooth, or does it require a hard connection?
I am trying to setup an Outlook "network" between my wife and I so we can share calenders, tasks, etc.. Is this even possiable or am I wasting my time?
Thanks for the help!

Can you be a little more specific? What are you trying to do? Do you have a BB today and if so, are you currently syncing it with Outlook?

Yes, my wife and I have our own 8700G's. We would just like to be able to sync our BB with each other's scheduals, tasks, etc. Since I am a recruiter and she is a realtor, our daily lives are VERY busy. It would just be a nice thing so we can know one anothers day(s) via BB.
I hope that makes sense. If not, let me know.
Thanks!

You can sync the PIM data via BT. But you can only have one calendar, so anything you add to your calendar, and then sync, will get added to her calendar, when she syncs.

Right, all I am trying to do is have us "update" it with our info as well.
Hmmm, seems like it would be a lot of work though. I guess we are going to have to stick to the old fastioned way and just call each other, LOL!
Thanks for the help!
PS--- One other question. I am trying to find out if I can transfer files, contacts, etc from my laptop to the BB through BT. I have been trying to search and try it for the last hour, still no luck. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Files? No.
Contacts, notes, calendar and tasks - yes. Check out the Bluetooth connection forum for more information. It has to have the right chipset and the right BT drivers on the laptop.

No, they are not retarded. You know what you want to do and have done some research. Not a problem.
