If I buy an unlocked blackberry 8700g off of e-bay, will i be able to use it on cingular and if so will i be able to use all the data feature such as e-mail and web browsing. I also have the same question about an unlocked bb 7105t originally intended for t-mobile.

Yes, as long as you have the data plan, for both the 8700 and the 7105.
