Thanks eradic....actually i'd read two Pdf's which stated that Intel 80386 is the processor for the Blackberry 7230/6710.But i wanna know the new model's processor coz i'm wondering that it can't be still using Intel 386 because it's performance is much more better now.

I'd gone through some details of the processor in the web and found that the ARM920T is the most possible...but not sure....so dunno how to compare the performance also...hopefully someone can provide some information...thanks!

Actually quite the opposite is true. Their system is very advanced and is using ASIC chips as well ( interfaced to the ARM 7). Very complicated signal processing is occurring + custom real-time OS.
I just received a reply from the admin of BlackBerry & they said that they don't discuss or share the info of their processor in public...i hope they didn't treat me as spy or what....
but anyway i'm glad that even though they didn't publish it but i still manage to obtained info from u guys...

If you want solid proof you could look at FCC photos of the product as they provide the open case pictures with the sheilds removed so you can see the internals... Maybe from there you can get a part number and figure it out? Let me know if you can't find it and I can take a look.
Also I would think a 386 could handle the data flow with the assistance of task specific ASICs for things such as encryption and the like
