I had heard rumor from a buddy of mine that you need to keep your BES version and your BBRY versions at the same levels. Basically that until I upgrade my BES to 4.x that I need to not upgrade my Blackberry's to 4.x.
Is that true?
Meanwhile, I got support at Jabra to answer. They suggest I send it back for a refund. Not what I normally expect to hear on solving a technical issue.
