Do you also have Outlook on the PC that the BB will be syncing to? I use DoubleLook from CompanionLink Software to sync my Act! data with Outlook. Then sync your BB with Outlook. Works great.

Handheld Contact is awesome! It syncs wirelessly, so you never have to dock with your computer or server. It's a two-way system, so any updates on your BB are synced back the main database, and vice-versa. It is not free, but worth the monthly service fee, if you want the easiest sync solution, with no docking needed. The download is OTA for the BB.
