I am trying to configure my BES to allow some of my help desk guys setup and activate / reactivate BES users. What permisions do I need to give their accounts to be able to install the MMC on their machines and let them connect and do their work?? Thanks!

I am running 4.1 w/ SP2. For Exchange 2003. Database is SQL 2000sp4. I want my support desk to be able to reset enterprise activations and setup email folders to be redirected. If you could even just point me to the right docs I am sure I can figure it out. I have not been able to find any info in the docs about this..
Ah! I belive you are in luck. The thing you need to look for is "Role Administration". Check it out by searching for Role Based Administration or checking here.
