Is there a way to redirect using bes 4.x emails from one mailbox to 2 devices?

No, there is no "good" way.

You can use tricks... like tell mailbox #1 that any e-mail sent to it gets autoforwarded to mailbox #2... then sync BB#2 to mailbox #2. Easy to set up in AD if you have exchange.
