so i was doing some browsing and i found the hs655 for 89.95, i wonder why it is so much cheaper than the one on the blackberry site..

Generally, this is the case with all OEM's. They do this to protect their channel resellers. Moto, Palm etc. do the same thing.

I purchased my Nextlink Bluespoon AX2 from BlueHeadsets.com and the transaction was smooth and delivery was quick, even to Canada.

I had the AX2 but the reception with my 8703e was horrible. I went with the HS655. eBay has it for $79.95 w/ BlueHeadsets eBay: RIM / BlackBerry HS655 HS-655 Bluetooth Headset (item 150075554538 end time Jan-07-07 16:50:28 PST)
