Hi all,

I have one user getting "more available xxxbytes" in her email messages when she recieves them on her blackberry. At the moment our email server is hosted externally and they have setup an auto forward to the users @o2.ie account. which allows her recieve email.

What comes up is the heading of the email but when she opens it all there is is there is 644kb of this email to download.. but it wont download for her.

Any suggestions

Does she actuallt hit the space bar to download and read the message? I don't think there is an auto download option. Everytime I see that message, all I have to do is keep reading the message and it will download.
