I have Alltel and couldn' get it to work either. I paid for Telenav and geo sync'd in under 2 minutes I have the 8703e. Makes no sense way one works and the other doesn't. By the Way the TeleNav has a Geo Compass and it works, so it's getting its info from GPS and not radio tower comparison.

Well, my 'contact' has gone dark on this issue. I suspect he thought he could do something, then couldn't, then dropped off the face of the earth.

I at least got to voice my displeasure with this bushleague crap to someone beyond the front line chimps.
